Job description

Security Trust & Savings Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Storm Lake location.

This teller position is responsible for processing all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with policies and procedures. The successful candidate must have outstanding attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication skills, good error resolution skills, strong technology background, be outgoing and a self-starter, and be willing to work in a team environment.

Prior banking or business/accounting experience preferred.

Anticipated work schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm with participation in our Saturday rotation with other staff (once every 5 weeks on Saturday from 9:00am-12:00pm).
