Chills & Thrills is Storm Lake United’s Halloween Event that takes place in Downtown Storm Lake each year on the weekend of or before Halloween. Buena Vista University student organizations and local businesses gather on Main Street and set up tables to give out candy and host activities for the kids of Storm Lake and surrounding areas.
